Dr. Nektarios Solidakis is Head of MSK Radiology Department in Sahlgrenska University Hospital of Gothenburg in Sweden, working during the last 12 years in the largest MSK department in the Nordiccountries.

Born in Chania, Crete. Graduated from Siena’s University in Italy, researcher in Sports Medicine Department.

Present research focus and special interest in AI, new technologies, trauma, and sports medicine.

Invited speaker in various National and International Congresses and Courses and member of Scientific Societies.

During the last years Dr. Solidakis is Treasurer of the Swedish Society of Musculoskeletal Radiology(SFMSR), and responsible for the Annual Swedish Radiology Week, also having a leading position in patient flow management for the Swedish national system, regarding musculoskeletal diseases.
